Has Klarna received my payment?

Once we have received your payment we will send a payment confirmation email to the address you used when ordering. If you do not receive this confirmation, please login here to see your payment status. You can also see the status of your orders in the Klarna app for iOS and Android.

Can I send my order to an address other than my billing address?

 Yes. You can enter a separate delivery address at the checkout. We recommend that if you are new to Klarna and you haven’t used the Pay later option before, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address. This maximizes the chances of your purchase being accepted.

How do I make a payment?

How does Pay later in 3 work?

Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each installment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and installments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Pay later in 3 purchase early, simply log in here, go to the order page and select “Pay off early”
What happens to my statement, when I’ve returned the goods?

Once the merchant has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3, you’ll need to provide the following : – Your phone number – Email Address – Current billing address – A valid debit/credit card All correspondence would be sent to your email address however, your mobile number is required should we need to reach you. It’s important that all this information is up to date otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as the merchant has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.
 
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Pay later in 3 purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be taken in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to Klarna. If the automatic payment fails, we will make another attempt to collect payment two days later. If this also fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order, which will become payable 15 days later.
Can I change the card used to make payment?
Your second and third payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process. If you need to change the payment card, simply log in to the Klarna app, head to your Pay later in 3 order and select “Change card”, then enter your new card details

You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call Cresta Manufacturing Company (Huddersfield) Limited to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.

How do I use Financing?

When you shop online, Klarna’s system reviews each order to determine which payment options are available to you. If Financing is offered, simply select this option. The first time you shop with Financing you will be asked to apply for a Klarna Account. If you’re approved Klarna will create an account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with Financing after that, you only need to agree to the purchase and won’t need to sign up again. The order amount will be added to your Klarna Account as additional promotional plans. You can always monitor the payments due in the Klarna app .

Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?

You can at any time choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable).

Do I need to be 18?

Financing is only available to people aged 18 or over and is an online exclusive payment method.
